What travelers say:
Sheep World is located 4 kilometers north of Wakawof, and 2 minutes away from Auckland SH1 north, you need to pass the high-speed toll station. The road signs are very good and parking is very convenient. We went to see the show, saw the animals on the farm, and strolled along the shrub trail. The show was special - more than an hour. Also watched the sheepdog return from the hill to the sheep pen, shearing sheep, and commentary on the sheepdog (rearing), sheep, wool and so on. After the show, the lambs and goat treasures were brought into the sheep pen and hand-fed. My 9 year old grandson has always enjoyed it. You can walk around the farm, feed animals, touch rabbits, see feed salmon and so on. There is also a big wool shop and cafe. It was a great experience, visiting sheep pastures and mini zoos. It was so bad raining when we went so we couldn’t enjoy watching the dog show. But after that, the time indoors was still enjoyable and there was watching the farmer shearing the sheep.
